She was able to get a lot more seller paids and repairs done on my home I purchased than I thought , she was shooting for the moon and to my surprise ... we got it all and then some. Shannon was definitely the right fit for us. We hadn't really worked with a whole lot of other agents, but there is no comparence to Shannon. She was so beyond keeping in touch with us and the bank. Making sure everything was moving along. That everything was correct. She did find out that the banker was using the wrong tax amount and took time to find out what our payments would be in different price ranges. Then she took her time to go over those with me and suggest a house that might be suitable for us. Which actually ended up being the house we purchased. But her enthusiasm and friendliness never altered thru out the whole process. Always checked on us. And even asked if we had all our necessary household stuff, as she knew we lived with my parents and didnt have everything we needed. I am just beyond thrilled at how our experience was with her. I know there are probably agents with the company just like her but in my opinion she deserves a huge recognition for her efforts and manners of dealing with 2 people who know nothing about the housing market and sometimes cant even make up their minds or agree on a simple thing such as do you need anything else.Thank you doesn't seem enough.
